FORT ATKINSON, Wis. (WKOW) – The Wisconsin Division of Justice (DOJ) Division of Prison Investigation (DCI) is investigating an officer-involved loss of life (OID) close to Fort Atkinson that occurred on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 9, 2020.
At roughly 12:30 p.m., troopers with the Wisconsin State Patrol tried a site visitors cease on Freeway 26 between Watertown and Johnson Creek.
One driver and one passenger have been contained in the automobile. The automobile stopped for a short while, and the passenger ran off. The passenger was later arrested.
After the passenger left the automobile, the automobile then drove off.
